Jeffrey Ventura is the founder and Managing Member of Green Lotus Business Solutions LLC. Born and raised in Los Angeles by immigrant parents, Jeffrey was introduced to entrepreneurship at an early age when his father launched a small business.

Like many children of small business owners, Jeffrey quickly became involved in the family business. Together, they grew the company from a small operation into a business that employed approximately 60 people throughout the Greater Los Angeles area. However, despite its growth, the business ultimately closed in 2021 due to challenges involving financial management and business administration.

That experience became the inspiration behind Green Lotus Business Solutions. In 2024, Jeffrey founded Green Lotus to give small business owners the knowledge, guidance, and administrative support his own family once needed. Today, Green Lotus helps entrepreneurs better understand their finances, strengthen their business operations, and delegate time-consuming administrative responsibilities—allowing them to focus on serving their customers and growing their businesses.
